substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements.

exact. However, you may refer to them for general size guidelines.

If, for any reason, the arrangement does not meet your expectations for freshness,
we will replace it. (Spring and seasonal flowers, which have a natural short vase
life, are excluded.)
Order cancellations
Cancellations may be made one day prior to the scheduled delivery day for a full
refund. We recommend you call direct 800-827-5206. Orders already delivered or being delivered cannot be cancelled.
